Its been quite a while since I had a fixed gear bicycle but riding around the city with my friends and actually getting a good workout in is something I have missed for a while. It looks like the old gang of fixie riders are reassembling and hitting the streets again, so my mind has been on another build. Take a look below and let me know what you guys think.

One of the best things about the car scene is the friends you make, from forums to meets the scene brings together like minded people with common interests. Since my early days in the car and motorcycle scene I have made countless friends that will surely be in my life for forever, including some of my best friends that I see on the daily. Below is a photo of my good friend Kyle and his bagged Volkswagen R32 on Klutch S14 wheels pulling out of my driveway while my static Subaru Outback looks on. Sometime last spring I spent some time shooting photos of my buddy Andrew McMahon from Jack’s Mannequin while my good friend Douglas Sonders shot a feature of him for Alternative Press at Wolf Trap in Vienna, VA. I never really posted the photos anywhere because we didn’t want to give away the location of the shoot before it went to press. The magazine has long been out so I guess its a good time to post a few of my favorites from the day that I took! It was an absolutely perfect afternoon in Vienna and we spent the day shooting photos, hanging out and relaxing around the venue. Later that night Jack’s Mannequin played an awesome set, as always!
