Multi-Camera Clips

I am putting together some training videos and working in Final Cut makes it easy to work with projects containing multiple camera angles. Thanks guys!

Exit Sign Edit

The other day while editing photos I shot for GTM Architects I decided to make a quick video of my edit process. Many times for architectural photographs the client requests that I remove certain items, such as signs, reflections, people wandering by etc. Here is the video, followed by the raw untouched photo, followed by the final edit. Thanks so much, and please comment with any questions!

Quick Cut 15

As I mentioned in my previous post I have been tasked with creating a fifteen second version of a thirty second spot I made several years back. Between the original production and now my computer unfortunately crashed, and although I have all of my files backed up I did not have my final cut project files backed up. This means I had to start from scratch in Final Cut, which is kind of a pain but also allows me to cut it the way I would’ve if I knew what I was doing the first time around.

Here is a rough draft, please comment and let me know what you think!

Eastern Motors Updates

Another update for my friends at Easterns, this time I have been tasked with changing out some subtitles, and creating a fifteen second version from the original thirty second spot.

I originally made this commercial about four years ago, when I was still very new to Final Cut, however it is still one of my favorites. Here is that original version:

Eastern Motors TV Spots

Last week I received an email from my long time client, Eastern Automotive Group. I was given two audio files (15s & 30s) in addition to about ten minutes of random footage from different lots. I chopped up the ten minutes worth of footage into little clips that I could easily swap in and out of the different cuts. Here is one of my favorites.

Footage was not shot by me. All edits by ShootJoeC, LLC
